Slipping into Fall

Yogis and Friends,

Hoping your summer was full of wonder, rest and growth!  Now that the crisp and energizing air has arrived, it's time to set new routines and rituals.  I am looking forward to rejoining our yoga classes beginning tomorrow at the YMCA in Glen Cove at 10:30 am, followed by a restorative garden practice at my home in Sea Cliff at 6pm Thursday and an energizing vinyasa flow in the garden Saturday morning. If you have missed us this summer, the classes have been lovely and sweet with the most charming little community of yogis this side of the Ganges.

I am considering a couple of potential winter homes for our group classes and need some feedback to determine the best match.  We have been very cozy in my parlor for semi-private groups and it is possible to move inside this November, occasionally our group is too large for my space, which would require renting space and a corresponding need to pre-register would arise. So please let me know if you have a preference for a certain time of day, or any other feedback about your yoga intentions.

In the meantime, we can anticipate the two most wonderful months to practice in nature.  Please bring your friends, your mat, your breath and your love to practice.

Please let me know if you have any questions about group classes or arranging a private or semi-private group in your home or mine.

Om Shanti,

Luisa
